Also, Central Lakes Estate was not affeted by the floods in 2011. I have lived in the Cab West area since 2004 and I work in the city. It's true, look side ways at the wrong person and they'll come back and trash your place if you don't get bashed on the spot. I have had no major issues living here, I have studied at the local QUT/TAFE, I have been part of community organizations and groups, and I have found work in a community I have grown to love.
